2. Eligibility & Customer Information

Rheolyte allows customers to place orders through guest checkout, and creating an account is not required to purchase our products.
There is no specific age restriction for purchasing Rheolyte products.
To place and receive an order, customers may be required to provide accurate information, including their name, phone number, email address, and delivery information.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Product Information

Rheolyte makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, ingredients, nutrition information, product specifications, images, and other information displayed on the website are accurate and up to date.
Product availability may change, and products may become temporarily unavailable or out of stock.
Rheolyte reserves the right to modify or update its products, including formulations, ingredients, packaging, specifications, or other product characteristics.

4. Orders

When you place an order through the Rheolyte website, Rheolyte may accept or reject the order.
Rheolyte may cancel an order where appropriate, including circumstances involving product availability, incorrect information, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate operational reasons.
Customers may cancel their order before it has been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers who wish to return a shipped order may do so in accordance with our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for processing and delivering their orders.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the Rheolyte website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Rheolyte reserves the right to change product prices at any time.
If a product is displayed at an incorrect price due to an error by Rheolyte, Rheolyte will be responsible for the applicable listed price.
A 300 PKR advance payment is required for every order. This amount represents the shipping charges and is paid in advance while the remaining order amount may be paid through Cash on Delivery.
Customers may also choose to pay the full order amount in advance.
If the required 300 PKR advance payment is not successfully received, the order will not be considered confirmed.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
